Overview of Educator’s Training

Short Note on Training of Trainers Workshop

Educators participated in the baseline survey in August 2023, before undergoing the training a few months later in
October. A total of 9 educators were trained between October 19 and 21 through a series of 9 sessions, each spanning
one activity. The training was conducted by a team of five people from Shanti Ashram. Participants collectively
discussed implementation plans, potential challenges, and possible mitigations. Four activities were also chosen for
piloting in the schools, and resource materials to ensure the successful implementation of the pilot were shared.
