Our Vision at the International Center for Child and Public Health (ICPH)
Building on Shanti Ashram’s three decades of dedicated service and long-standing global and local partnerships, ICPH aims to become a nodal institution for practice, active research and global policy making by integrating primary care and public health.
We commit ourselves to:
Creating an innovative model of promoting community health integrating primary care with public health and where the best of global knowledge drives service delivery, practice, research, policy and capacity building.
An Integrated approach to service delivery, from interventions focused on providing a healthy start to life, partnering with children themselves to realize sustainable solutions, and empowering the ecosystem in which development takes place.
A core focus on using technology and data, local and global, to drive innovative practice and evidence-based research
We aim to serve 50,000 vulnerable people directly through our healthcare services by 2019 ,and cover a vulnerable population base of 380,000 people across 40 villages. Our teaching, academic and research work will be world-wide in its framework.
